What Is the PAYAIG+ Fellowship?

The PAYAIG+ Fellowship is a 5-day intensive programme designed to equip young Africans with practical knowledge in digital governance and connect them to opportunities across Africa and globally.

Whether you’re passionate about policy, technology, or human rights—this programme is built for you.

Choose Your Track (One Only)

You can apply to ONE of the following:

  • Cyber Diplomacy
  • Digital Rights
  • AI Governance

Pick the track that best matches your passion and career goals.

Who Can Apply?

PAYAIG+ is looking for young, driven Africans who are ready to step up.

You must:

  • Be 18–35 years old
  • Be an African living in Africa
  • Have interest in digital governance
  • Speak Arabic, English, French, Portuguese, or Swahili
  • Be available for the full programme
  • Have access to internet

Previous PAYAIG Fellows and Ambassadors are encouraged to apply again.
