What Is the PAYAIG+ Fellowship?
The PAYAIG+ Fellowship is a 5-day intensive programme designed to equip young Africans with practical knowledge in digital governance and connect them to opportunities across Africa and globally.

You can apply to ONE of the following:
- Cyber Diplomacy
- Digital Rights
- AI Governance

Who Can Apply?
PAYAIG+ is looking for young, driven Africans who are ready to step up.
You must:
- Be 18–35 years old
- Be an African living in Africa
- Have interest in digital governance
- Speak Arabic, English, French, Portuguese, or Swahili
- Be available for the full programme
- Have access to internet
Previous PAYAIG Fellows and Ambassadors are encouraged to apply again.
