I pursued my Higher National Diploma in Computer Networking Management at Koforidua Technical University in Ghana from 2019 to 2023. During my time there, I gained a strong foundation in network infrastructure management, network design, and IT support services.

Work Experience:

I began my career as a Network Engineer & IT Support Services at Koforidua Technical University from 2019 to 2022. In this role, I played a crucial part in managing and maintaining the university’s network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity for students and staff. Additionally, I provided technical support to resolve network-related issues promptly and implemented cyber security measures to protect the university’s IT infrastructure.

I also gained practical experience during my internship at AZStruct in Mesa, Arizona, USA, in 2023. During the two-month internship, I worked on various networking projects refurbish laptops, wiping of information on drives and installing of operating systems.

Volunteering Experience:

Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I have always believed in giving back to the community and making a positive impact on people’s lives. I volunteered with Feed My Starving Children in 2022, where I actively supported underprivileged communities, contributing to nourishment and relief efforts.

Leadership and Extracurricular Activities:

Throughout my academic journey, I took on leadership roles and actively engaged in extracurricular activities, showcasing my commitment to personal growth and making a difference in the lives of others.

I served as the President of the Computer Science Department at Koforidua Technical University, where I provided strong leadership and oversaw academic and social initiatives. I also held the position of Judicial Committee Member in the Student Representative Council, ensuring fair and just resolutions of student-related matters.

As the Deputy Organizer of the Ghana Muslim Student Association (GMSA), I contributed to organizing events that promoted cultural diversity and unity within the university.
