Jessica A. Dadzie is a seasoned Development Communicator and Information Officer with over six years of experience in the field. She is known for her hardworking, versatile, and dedicated approach to work, with a strong academic foundation in Development Communication and supplementary studies in Data Science and Management. Jessica worked with the Ministry of Information in Ghana and also served as National Service Personnel at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection in Ghana.

She is actively involved with the E-Governance and Internet Governance Foundation for Africa (EGIGFA), where she volunteers as Programs Officer for Communications. She has also been appointed as a mentor for three consecutive years at the Ghana School on Internet Governance (GSIG) an annual initiative that builds capacity in Internet governance.

Jessica holds a graduate degree in Development Communication (Integrated Development Studies) from the University for Development Studies. She is also a recognized Internet Governance Fellow, having participated in the Ghana School on Internet Governance (GSIG 2020), West Africa School on Internet Governance (WASIG 2021), Virtual School on Internet Governance (VSIG 2022), and North American School on Internet Governance (NASIG 2023).

She is an active member of both the Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group (NCSG) and the Non-Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC), and contributes meaningfully to the Email Address Internationalization (EAI) initiative.

In 2016, Jessica was selected as a Ghanaian female delegate to represent the country at the Pamoja Africa Conference in Zambia, nominated by the Great Commission Movement of Ghana.

She has also served in leadership roles, including two terms as General Secretary for her campus chapter and as Assistant Missions Secretary for the Fountain Gate Chapel (Campus Chapter).
